The service

Followwise helps you organize contacts, schedule follow-ups, track deals through a pipeline, and estimate commissions. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.

Free plan and lifetime purchase

• Free accounts can store up to 5 contacts at no charge.
• For a one-time payment of $49, you can unlock unlimited access — no subscription and no recurring fees. Your purchase gives you lifetime use of Followwise for your account, for as long as the service is available.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your account and your content

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, and you are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. The contacts, deals, and notes you enter remain yours. You are responsible for the information you store about your clients and for using Followwise in line with applicable law, including privacy and anti-spam rules when you contact your clients.

Reminders are best-effort

Follow-up reminders are provided on a best-effort basis. Email delivery depends on mail providers, spam filters, and other factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee that every reminder will arrive, arrive on time, or be seen. Reminders are a helping hand, not a guarantee — please keep your own records of critical dates and deadlines.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Followwise: don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, access other users' accounts, upload unlawful content, or use the service to send spam or other unlawful communications.

Service provided “as is”

Followwise is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that commission estimates — which are simple calculations based on the figures you enter — match any actual payout, which depends on your brokerage agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Followwise is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (for most users, the $49 one-time purchase; if you have paid nothing, US $50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost commissions, lost deals, or lost profits.

Ending your use

You may stop using Followwise at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account by emailing support@useglowlink.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously violated. Our Refund Policy explains when a purchase can be refunded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of Followwise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
